Bolay, the fast-casual dining favorite, is opening a 10th Florida location

Boca Raton, FL – Bolay, the fast-casual restaurant phenom, is opening a second restaurant in South Boca Raton on March 8, 2019. Located at 7152-B Beracasa Way, the March opening marks the tenth store in the popular chain created by Chris Gannon and his father, Tim Gannon, co-founder of Outback Steakhouse. The restaurant offers a chef-inspired, nutrient rich and gluten free menu, and invites food lovers of all ages to build their own bowls packed with superfoods and savory proteins.

“With the success of the first Boca store, we’re excited to be opening a second restaurant in the area,” said Chris Gannon, Bolay CEO. “Boca Raton has an amazing energy and high expectations for quality and service. We believe in surpassing those expectations and it is our goal to become the area’s favorite neighborhood restaurant.”

Surpassing high expectations is definitely on the agenda for the weekend-long festivities surrounding the grand opening. The event will include dynamic activities like a Pineapple Scavenger Hunt around town where guests can follow along on Instagram for clues @bolay. There will also be giveaways and door prizes to include catered parties, along with products and services sponsored by the areas favorite local businesses.

The new location will be helmed by Florida native and talented up-and-comer, Annabelle Humenyi. “I am so happy to be part of opening Bolay in South Boca,” said Humenyi, South Boca Raton Operating Partner. “This is a beautiful area where people enjoy eating well and being active. That’s what ‘The Bolay Way’ is all about – the best food, nutrient-rich and delicious, served fast for people living a bold and active life.”

The menu makes eating healthy exciting through the design of a group of world-renowned Chefs with international cuisine expertise.

Bringing in top chefs from across the globe and listening to our guests is proof of our commitment to providing the best at every turn for our team and our guests,” says Gannon.  “We make sure that Bolay is more than a fast-casual restaurant. We provide a fine-dining experience, fast — it’s what our guests have come to expect from us and we want all of Boca Raton to be that much healthier and bolder because of Bolay.”
