Frank Feiler of Boca Raton and his JFK Cadillac Limo won the “People’s Choice” award, chosen by the Grand Marshals of the event—Nat King Cole Generation Hope, Inc. founders Timolin and Casey Cole. A 1941 Willys Roadster owned by Dennis Delphus won “Best In Show,” Foreign Affairs’ 2010 Riley PD MK XXII
