Certificate of Appreciation

Palm Beach County Commission Chairman Steven Abrams presents a certificate of appreciation at the Dec. 4 meeting to Lorraine Herdeen in recognition of her 13 years of volunteer service as a member and officer of the Palm Beach County Child Care Advisory Council and more than 25 years as executive director of the Florence Fuller Child Development Centers in East and West Boca.  Pictured with them is Mary Dent-Maher, director of the Florence Fuller Child Development Center in West Boca Raton.
