Tyco Completes Separation Process

BOCA RATON– Tyco has completed its separation transaction, forming the world’s largest dedicated fire protection and security company as measured by market share.

Tyco Integrated Security will focus exclusively on providing security solutions that help commercial businesses protect what they value most.
