Local Team to Compete at PGA Jr. League at PGA National’s Fazio Course Sept. 7-8
Palm Beach Gardens All-Stars
Boca Raton, FL – A team of junior golfers ages 13 and under from the Palm Beach Gardens area will compete at a PGA Jr. League Regional presented by National Car Rental hosted by PGA National’s Fazio Course Sept. 7-8, with photo, video and interview opportunities onsite with junior golf teams in their numbered jerseys, their families and their Captains and Coaches.
PGA Jr. League is a game-changing opportunity for boys and girls to learn and play golf. The program brings family and friends together around fun, team golf experiences with expert coaching from PGA and LPGA Professionals. A record 58,00 boys and girls participated in PGA Jr. League this year, and that number continues to grow into the Fall Recreational Season.
At the Regional, four All-Star teams of junior golfers ages 13 and under will compete for the opportunity to advance to the PGA Jr. League Championship presented by National Car Rental at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, Oct. 11-14.
Each team won its respective PGA Jr. League Section Championship presented by National Car Rental to advance to the Regional. In addition to the Palm Beach Garden All-Stars, competing teams include the Huntsville All-Stars from Huntsville, Alabama; the TPC Sugarloaf All-Stars from Duluth, Georgia; and the Marriott Golf Academy All-Stars from Orlando, Florida.
