Last week, as part of our “Success Tour” we stopped by SA Company.  SA Co. is an e- commerce company on Holland Drive.  SA Co. manufactures and distributes outdoor apparel including bandana face shields, board shorts, straw hats and arm sleeves.  Their CEO, Thomas DeSernia recently earned a spot-on Forbes 30 under 30 list. Boca based ADT recently closed the acquisition of Boca based Red Hawk Fire and Security for $317 million in cash. ADT continues to acquire companies throughout the US; the most recent being the purchase of Pennsylvania based Lifeshield for $25 million.

This month, two Boca Raton office buildings sold for $68.35 million. The 382,595 sq. ft. buildings are located at 5201 Congress Avenue and 901 Yamato Road (North 40).  Situated on a 27.1-acre site, the sale equated to $194 per sq. ft.

With the acquisition of 600 wireless communications sites in Bolivia, Phoenix Tower International continues its rapid expansion into S. America.
