Boca Raton Public Library Presents the Art Exhibit, “Scenic Gems of America” By Jerry Ginsberg

Clingman’s Dome

January 15 – February 23, 2024

Boca Raton, FL – The Boca Raton Public Library presents a new photography exhibit, “Scenic Gems of America” by Jerry Ginsberg, the only photographer to photograph every one of America’s 63 National Parks with medium format cameras. Many of his fine photographs grace the covers and pages of hundreds of books, magazines, travel catalogs, and websites. Mr. Ginsberg has been awarded Artist Residencies in several National Parks and has appeared on ABC TV discussing the scenic gems of
America’s National Parks.

“Photographs can express a great deal,” says Mr. Ginsberg. “They allow us to share the exquisite beauty of
Nature. A cloud, a beam of light, a rainbow; all are unique. All are fleeting. When I experience the joy of
a special moment in Nature, I am moved to preserve it in a photograph so it can be shared with others. I
strive to capture the very best of Nature’s beauty from around the world. My travels have also taken me to some of the most beautiful and fascinating places throughout North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. Using medium format cameras, I can produce photographs with greater depth and a special dimension simply not possible with conventional cameras. It gives me great pleasure to share some of these scenes for your enjoyment.”

“Scenic Gems of America,” a free exhibit, will run from January 15, 2023 to February 23, 2024, in the
front lobby of Downtown Library at 400. NW 2nd Avenue, Boca Raton 33432.
