South County Courthouse to Close for Termite Fumigation

Palm Beach, FL – The Palm Beach County South County Courthouse will be closed beginning Monday, November 20, 2023 to fumigate for termites. The courthouse located at 200 W Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444 is home to Palm Beach County Clerk and Comptroller, PBC Court Administration, Palm Beach County Public Defender, Palm Beach County State Attorney and PBC Victim’s Services.

To locate other locations for these offices please visit www.pbc.gov and click on the Government tab on the top of the page. The courthouse is scheduled to reopen the following Monday, November 27. There will be no access this weekend as the work will begin on Saturday.
