Public Opens Perfect Betting Line for Super Bowl LV

At the beginning, gamblers made the Kansas City Chiefs a three-point Super Bowl best bet over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  In the AFC championship game, the Chiefs demonstrated their power.  To illustrate, KC beat the Buffalo Bills 38-24.  And that was after the Bills took an early 9-0 lead.  For most of the 2020 season, the Chiefs took their foot off the gas.  They lacked focus for games they knew they’d win.  But when it mattered most, Kansas City lowered the boom.   Meanwhile, Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady reaffirmed his GOAT status with a stellar 2020.

Super Bowl LV BetNow Wagering Analysis

On this occasion, the Chiefs are Super Bowl Betting favorites for a couple of reasons.  Kansas City is the defending champion and was the top-seed in the AFC.  Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is the best in today’s NFL.  Counter to that is a Buccaneers team with a losing tradition.  Tom Brady is the difference-maker.  Brady is the greatest quarterback of all-time (“GOAT”).  And his esteem is reflected in the price at BetNow Sportsbook.   On the whole, the pointspread is unlikely to change.  The three-point spread accomplishes equal betting activity on both sides.

Brady Bucs Tampa Bay’s Past

Since going 0-14 in their 1976 inaugural season, success has been fleeting for the Buccaneers.  Tampa Bay’s lone Super Bowl season was in 2002.  Subsequently, this is their first playoff season since 2007.  Tom Brady’s arrival changed the mindset of Buccaneers players and fans.  Although Brady was the difference-maker, Tampa Bay isn’t a one-man team.  The GOAT chose the Buccaneers because of their vast array of weapons on the roster.  Football community members and gamblers were surprised by his choice.  Now they understand Brady’s wisdom.

Tampa Bay’s defense showed marked improvement.  As a result, it emerged a Betting on Super Bowl asset.  Offensively the Bucs surrounded Brady with difference makers.  Cause by the lack of playmakers did New England’s pop-gun offense annoy Brady.  By contrast, the Bucs offered the GOAT an array of stars.  Wide receivers Chris Godwin and Mike Evans, along with tight end Cameron Brate, put the Patriots lineup to shame.

Chiefs Lost Money as They Won Games

How can a team go 16-2 straight up but over the spread only eight times?  That is a multiple answer question.  First, Kansas City was often overpriced.  For the past two seasons, the Chiefs were one of the most profitable teams on the board.  Such profitability forced oddsmakers to keep inflating the price on Kansas City.  KC’s chalk status with the Super Bowl betting odds fed into overlay pointspreads.  So too, did the Chiefs add to the red ink themselves.  Their distracted play was good enough to beat inferior opponents.  Covering enhanced price tags was another story.

To begin with, the Chiefs have the quarterback advantage.  Concurrently Patrick Mahomes is an impact player.  Tom Brady may be the GOAT, but he’s not the best signal-caller at this time.  Mahomes is, and it’s not debatable.  Further, Mahomes is already one of the great comeback artists in NFL history.  Kansas City is never out of a game.  Mahomes’ comeback artistry makes the Chiefs fearless with a winner’s mindset.

Additionally, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill are dynamic Super Bowl betting assets.  This tandem is a notch above anything that Tampa Bay can offer.  Above all, Kansas City coach Andy Reid’s creativity and play calling are the best in pro football.
