Grand Opening of Louie Bossi’s New Sister Restaurant, Elisabetta’s

Boca Raton, FL – Louie Bossi’s Ristorante in Boca Raton has been a local and tourist fan-favorite for several years. This eatery has become well-known in Boca for its authentic Italian cuisine, made from scratch recipes, and rustic ambiance. The reviews and overall customer satisfaction demonstrates how an experience at Louie Bossi’s rarely disappoints.

Big Time Restaurant Group, owners of Louie Bossi’s and 17 other restaurants, will be expanding to 32 East Atlantic Avenue on July 24 for their newest concept of “Elisabetta’s”. Elisabetta’s will be named after Lisabet Summa, co-owner of Big Time Restaurant Group, and one of the only women in the country to co-own a prime restaurant group.

The location of former “32 East Restaurant” has been transformed into a breathtaking 200-seat, two-story restaurant of 7,800 square feet. Elisabetta’s ambiance is further emphasized through the feature of two bars, a stunning patio, and scenic balcony overlooking Atlantic Avenue. With the help of interior designer Karen Hanlon and Big Time partner Todd Herbst, the location perfectly radiates rustic Italy. The small details of original tableware, and a turquoise-colored, beehive Neapolitan pizza oven, are not to be ignored. Take advantage of this space by ordering one of the restaurants new cocktails such as the Hibiscus Spritz with hibiscus syrup, Galliano Aperitivo and Prosecco. Elisabetta’s has easily become a perfectly versatile locale; whether you want to grab a drink with some friends or experience a culinary delight.

Elisabetta’s Ristorante will act as a “sister” restaurant to Louie Bossi’s by offering a taste of Italy while expanding on seafood and seasonal vegetable dishes. With Executive Chef and Big Time Restaurant Group veteran, Kevin Darr, the emphasis on incorporating fresh produce and seasonal vegetables to the menu items will reflect the traditional ingredients of Italy and further differentiate Elisabetta’s from Louie Bossi’s. From the seasonal vegetable salad with walnut oil vinaigrette and vegetable pinizimio; to the guanciale white pizza topped with thinly sliced guanciale and straticella, Elisbetta’s home-made menu items are sure to fulfill any food lover’s dream. After a delicious Italian dinner, indulge your sweet tooth with some dessert! Elisabetta’s features freshly made desserts like the rich hazelnut cake, traditional orange and cornmeal cake, and my personal favorite… the tiramisu. After tasting these desserts, you will not regret treating yourself.

If you are looking for a new Italian spot or simply want a new favorite restaurant, Elisabetta’s grand opening on July 24th at 32 East Atlantic Avenue is something to look out for. Elisabetta’s will also be open daily for lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on the weekends.
