Spanish River Student, Brett Loewenstern, is an American Idol

Brett Loewenstern, a sixteen year old student at Spanish River High School, is going to Hollywood. Loewenstern was highlighted on American Idol last night, ending the show with a brilliant rendition of “Bohemian Rhapsody” that stunned new judges Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez.

The show focused on Loewenstern’s problems with bullies at school, as well as the hair products he uses to manage the abundance of red, curly hair on his head.
