Picking up in the second with 5:22 on the clock with the score being 10-9 in Atlanta’s favor,  Dylan Molloy for the Launch was able to tie things up with a quick goal from the left side of the field making the score 10-10.

After the faceoff, Atlanta came right back however and with the score now being 13-11. Atlanta’s Jake Withers ran down the field on a fast break and put the ball in the back of the net making the score 14-11 with 2:37 in the second quarter.

Then on a reverse pass from Kevin Rice to Randy Stats, the Blaze broke the tie with a go-ahead goal making it 15-14 with only seven seconds in the third quarter.

The Launch’s Mcardle got another goal on the day bouncing the ball off the ground and into the net to once again even the score late in the game to make it 15 all.

To take the lead for the first time Nick Mariano for the Launch ran up and swung his stick with all his might and scored a goal, putting his team up in the game.

Running as fast as he could around the goal the Launch’s Ryan Drenner took the ball and put it home for another goal putting the launch up by two 17-15.

Drenner, once again for the Launch, running around the goal threw a quick pass to Mcarle who pulled a hat trick with his third goal of the game and a score of 18-16.

Mcarle would score his fourth and final goal of the game to make it a final of 19-16 for the Florida Launch.

The Launch will look to continue its winning streak as they take on the Charlotte Hounds on Saturday, June 24 on the road at American Legion Memorial Stadium at 7:30pm.
