Man Arrested for Inappropriate Behavior in Front of Breastfeeding Woman

Travis D. Willis, 30 year old man from Lauderhill, was arrested after being accused of indecent exposure while watching a woman breastfeed her child in the parking lot of L.A. Fitness.

The woman told the police she was breastfeeding her three month old baby in her car as she noticed a silver Buick back into the parking spot next to her vehicle. Shortly, the driver’s window rolled down and, according to her statement, she saw Willis masturbating while staring at her breastfeeding.

As the woman proceeded to call 911, Willis drove away. She was able to provide the man’s license plate nd description to the police and identified him in a photo line-up.

Although Willis doesn’t seem to have a criminal record, the police said many women have complained about a man, with the same description as Willis, performing the same activity in the same place over the past months.

Willis was taken to jail where he’s been held on $1,000 bond.
