Boca Helping Hands to Host Second Annual “Miracle Chef Night”

On Friday, October 2nd, Boca Helping Hands will be celebrating another year of “miracles” with their 2nd Annual Miracle Chef Night.

Showing the world what can be done with “recovered food”, Boca Helping Hands will have six volunteer cooks prepare delicious dishes to be sampled all out of “recovered food”.

With the event, Boca Helping Hands wants to call attention to the need for Food Recovery in the Boca Raton community, while thanking the food donors who generously help keep the food kitchen and pantry programs stocked with supplies.

Last year alone, Boca Helping Hands recovered over 1,800,000 pounds of food from the local community from places such as Capital Grille, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Little Caesar’s, Whole Foods, Papa John’s Pizza, Trader Joes, Seasons 52, Target, Grand Lux Café, Walmart and Starbucks, just to name a few.

The Miracle Chef event will begin at 5:00pm with celebrity judges, Max Tucci, Chef Aaron Fuller, Denise Righetti, and Letty Alvarez set to begin their judging at 6:00pm
