The Research Park at Florida Atlantic University’s Technology Business Incubator is working with FAU’s Center for Cryptology and Information Security to expand and improve opportunities for tenants working in cyber fields. The goal of the expansion is to allow for more research and marketable products to be produced.

“This collaboration further bolsters South Florida’s reputation for providing solutions to contemporary societal challenges such as identity theft, cyber intrusions and data protection,” said Andrew Duffell, President & CEO of the Research Park at Florida Atlantic University. “It is directly in line with the Research Park’s strategy of focusing on the advancement of research and technology to further South Florida’s economic development goals.”

To achieve this, the Research Park’s Executive Leadership is placing more stringent criteria on potential future occupants. The Leadership is working towards creating a space where tenants are working together on cutting-edge information technology.
