Grinch Steals Charitable Donations From Church

kinopoisk.ruBoca Raton, FL – On Saturday, December 21 at just after 8:00 p.m., Boca Raton Police officers responded to a report of a theft from St. Joan of Arc Church, 370 SW 3rd Street.

Officers met with an employee who discovered their charitable locker had been broken into and several hundred dollars was stolen.  The officer viewed the video of the incident.  It showed a male enter the chapel at 1:11 p.m., and he waited until the only other person present left.  The suspect immediately went to the back of the room, where the locker is located.  He spent a little more than 20 minutes breaking into the locker.  After the suspect removed the money, he placed the door to the locker back in place to conceal the theft. No one else is seen entering or leaving the chapel.

If anyone has information about this crime, they are asked to call Detective Mark Horowitz at (561) 338-1392 or Palm Beach County Crime Stoppers at (800) 458-TIPS.
