Ed Moore, Ph.D Speaker at Tiger Bay Luncheon

This month’s speaker at the Tiger Bay Club luncheon at City Fish Market was Ed Moore, Ph.D who spoke on the impact of National Events on the Future of Florida. Ed Moore is the Pres.of Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida. He is also Exec. Director of higher Education Facilities Finance in Florida and is Chief Exec. Officer of the Florida Ind. Colleg board, a non profit organization.
