Boca Native Claims the Spring North American Bridge Championship

The North American Bridge Championship(NABC) are held three times a year by the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL). The ACBL is the largest bridge organization and playing the spring games was Boca Raton native, Stan Tulin.

Tulin played in the Lebhar IMP (International Match Points) Pairs, a four session event that begins with two qualifying sessions and ends with two final sessions. Playing alongside his partner Kevin Dywer, from Melbourne, Florida, in the Championship games held in Reno, Nevada.

Tulin and Dywer were able to claim victory and take home the Lebhar Trophy. For Tulin it was his second time claiming the first-place NABC title.

The NABC’s are held across the U.S. and Canada, bringing bridge players together from across the continent. This summer the NABC’s will be held in Washington, D.C., at the end of July.
