Boca Raton, FL – Caffe Luna Rosa, Delray Beach’s award-winning beachside restaurant, today announced the next tasty event in this year’s popular Wine Dinner series. Each of the 10 scheduled Wine Dinners include a four-course meal paired with complimentary wines, specifically selected by the restaurant, which has received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine 15 years in a row.
The restaurant’s fourth Wine Dinner of 2019 will be held on Tuesday, July 23, with the following culinary delights:
+ First Course: Lobster Mac and Cheese. Maine lobster meat tossed with house made macaroni and four cheese sauce, topped with toasted parmesan bread crumbs, accompanied by Bouchard Chardonnay.
+ Second Course: Apples & Frisee Salad. Matchstick Granny Smith Apples and romaine lettuce with spiced walnuts and gorgonzola vinaigrette, served with DeLoach Pinot Noir.
+ Third Course: Forever Braised Shortrib, slow stewed in a rich cabernet demi glace with parsnip mashed potatoes, accompanied by Marini Cabernet.
+ Fourth Course: Chocolate Chip Cannoli (crispy canolli shell with house made vanilla, ricotta filling and fresh raspberry sauce) along with Penfolds Club Port.
