Caffe Luna Rosa in Delray Beach is Now Offering South Florida’s Tastiest Lobster & Shrimp Roll

Oceanside Restaurant Scoops Eight Ounces of Lobster and Roasted Shrimp in Each Delicious Serving

Boca Raton, FL – Caffe Luna Rosa, Delray Beach’s popular beachside restaurant, today announced that its newest lunch and dinner menu item is in direct response to customer demand. Accordingly, Executive Chef Ernesto DeBlasi has created the new Luna Rosa Lobster & Shrimp Roll, a dish that will delight seafood lovers.

Served on leaf lettuce tucked inside a soft potato roll baked fresh every day at Delray Beach’s Old School Bakery, the lobster and shrimp roll is packed with eight ounces of lobster meat combined with roasted shrimp. A homemade remoulade dressing is added to accent the flavor of the dish,

“This is the best lobster and shrimp roll in South Florida,” boasts DeBlasi. “It has an amazing flavor, a great texture and is an outstanding value.”

In creating the newest dish that has been added to the extensive selection of seafood at Caffe Luna Rosa, DeBlasi sought to create a hearty seafood roll that was different from others served in the area.

“The idea to create a sandwich with a little more flavor, that was a little fuller than most, came to me while I was out on my kayak one morning,” he says. “The result is the Luna Rosa Lobster & Shrimp Roll that was 18 years in the making.”

Packed with Maine lobster marinated in the juice from the chopped shrimp, the dish is served cold and is accompanied by either fruit or French fries. It is available for lunch at $26 and the dinner entrée is offered at $32.

“We’re finally able to bring a New England favorite to our beachside restaurant and our guests love it,” DeBlasi adds.
