BOCA RATON– The collision of a car and pickup truck inWest Boca Ratonjust before 9 p.m. July 7 caused fatal injuries to a passenger in the car, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said.
The PBSO report says Arthur Glickman, 87, of 10474 Stonebridge Blvd., Boca Raton, was taken toDelrayMedicalCenterwhere he later succumbed to his injuries. He was riding in a 2011 Mercedes operated by Helene Glickman 78, of the same address, who was taken to the same hospital for treatment.
The driver of the truck was identified as Ronnie Silva, 33, of11142 Delta Circle,Boca Raton. He was treated for injuries atWestBocaMedicalCenter, said the PBSO report.
According to investigators, the Glickman car was heading west on Glades Road and was attempting to turn left into the parking lot of Shadowood Square. The pickup was traveling east, and struck the passenger side of the Mercedes, said the report
