How to Manage Employee Health and Safety During a Pandemic

About John Haymore: 

Mr. Haymore is currently an Assistant Professor at Lynn University and owner of HRS Group, an HR and Workplace Safety consulting firm.  He is pursuing a Ph.D. in human resource development (HRD) with a specialization in organizational development and change management (ODC)  from the University of Texas, Tyler.  John’s areas of research and expertise include workplace safety and violence, strategic human resource management, organizational performance, talent management and employee development.  Throughout his career, he has supported employees in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.  John has over 15 years of experience with stints in the science, technology, engineering, manufacturing, retail, and non-profit industries.  John earned his MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, OSHA-30, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.  In 2017 and 2018, John served as President of the Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County (HRPBC), and was responsible for providing leadership to the local SHRM chapter consistent with state, regional and SHRM policies, strategies and objectives. He led over 500 members and served as a voting member for the HR Florida State Council and the HRPBC Board of Directors.
