Boca Raton’s “Summer in the City” Heats Up With the Beach Buoys

On Friday, June 16th

Boca Raton, FL – The City of Boca Raton’s Summer in the City series, a line-up of free tribute concerts with nods to Prince, Neil Diamond, Van Halen, and more, heats up on Friday, June 16 at 8 p.m. with The Beach Buoys: A Tribute to the Beach Boys, at the Mizner Park Amphitheater, 590 Plaza Real.

In addition to the free concerts, scheduled ticketed concerts include such artists as Brit Floyd, the Goo Goo Dolls with OAR, Jason Mraz, and Billy Currington.

“Our Summer in the City series was created to celebrate a range of genres and generations,” said Amy DiNorscio, Amphitheater and Community Events Manager for the City of Boca Raton. “We are excited about this year’s line-up that will culminate with the 3rd Annual Battle of the Bands, showcasing our own amazing talent.”
