Boca Raton Hooters Girls Visit Tri-County

Animal Rescue to help bring awareness for pet adoptions

Boca Raton, FL – Several Hooters Girls from the Boca Raton location visited Tri-County Animal Rescue on July 7th. The goal of this visit was to help bring awareness for the urgent need for pet adoptions especially this summer. During the visit the group of Hooters Girls including Crissy Alessandro, Alexis Roshchin and Alyssa Luogono spent time with the pets including Parker who the team at Tri-County Animal Rescue worked hard at getting back to health after being left in a dumpster and Elliot a 10 year old Rottweiler.

Tri-County Animal Rescue also offers a full service animal clinic to help the community one pet at a time. Their goal is to provide premium medical care to all Tri-County Adoptees as well as local dogs and cats whose families are in financial need. The Lois Pope Pet Clinic offers veterinary services including but not limited to; spay & neuter, microchip implant, annual vaccinations, dental cleaning and extractions and other surgeries.

“When we found out that Tri-County Animal Rescue family was in need of more pet adoptions for our four legged friends we wanted to step up and help them with our resources especially during the summer when their number of pet adoptions are slow. We want to help bring awareness for the need and importance of pet adoptions year round,” said Hooters of Boca Raton Managing Partner Chris Torelli. During the visit the group filmed a video for the restaurant’s social media that can be viewed at https://www.instagram.com/hootersbocaraton/

“Hooters of Boca Raton has been and always will be our go to partner for dog adoption.  Now more than ever dog surrenders and stray intakes have increased but knowing Hooters is there to bring awareness for us makes us more at ease. Whenever there is a dog that has been here awhile or just overlooked, Hooters always has a way to bring them into the sunshine.  We are so grateful,” said Tri-County Animal Rescue Executive Director Suzi Goldsmith.

Tri County Animal Rescue is a 100% No-Kill, 501 c, nonprofit animal shelter working to prevent the killing of over 170,000 unwanted pets in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties each year.  Since inception, Tri County Animal Rescue has saved over 74,000 animals not only in Florida but also across the world.
