Converting Classrooms Portables into Health / Fitness Areas

Boca Raton, FL – State Farm Insurance has awarded a $5,000 grant to Cocoa Beach Jr/Sr High School to help their Fitness, Health and Wellness Programs.
 
“We want to raise health and fitness awareness among all our students and staff” says Ray Kimball, Athletic Director Cocoa Beach Jr/Sr High School. “We are excited to team up with State Farm Insurance Company to assist in upgrading our Athletic Department facilities and programs.”
The State Farm grant will be used to purchase various treadmills, dumbbell sets, workout mats, heart monitors and fitness workbooks.
 
“This is a great way for us to support our community” says State Farm agent Sara Houston. ‘The much needed equipment and supplies will help keep and encourage students and teachers to stay healthy.”
