Hooters Provides Lunch During Monthly Visit To Joe Dimaggio Children’s Hospital
Boca Raton, FL – On the second Wednesday of every month you will find your favorite local Hooters Girls bringing food to the patients and their families at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in the Love Jen Family Support Center. On Wednesday, September 11th four Hooters Girls from Pembroke Pines, Hialeah and Fort Lauderdale Beach Place Hooters locations visited the children in the hospital.
In addition to providing the food, Hooters Girls enjoy spending time with the children and their siblings in the hospital’s playroom. “Hooters has been involved with Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital for many years, said Hooters Director of Marketing Kristi Quarles. “Supporting our local community is a priority to us. We enjoy the opportunity to put a smile on the children’s faces during the monthly hospital visits,” added Quarles.
In addition to monthly visits, Hooters also supports the hospitals annual prom for patients, the golf tournament benefiting the Patient and Family Advisory Council, their Radiothon and additional events for the children.
