Boca Raton Seminar Educates Attendees on the Dangers of Vaping

There has been a recent influx of news surrounded the tragic lung conditions that many face as a result of e-cigarettes and vapes.

This past Sunday a seminar was held in Boca Raton’s, St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church, informing residents on the dangers of vaping.

The seminar was organized and held by the Palm Beach County Behavioral Health Coalition.

Its main goal was to raise awareness among parents and teens on the harmful effects of vaping as one in four high school students are e-cigarette users, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

It is up to the parents to discuss vaping dangers with their children in order to prevent long-term consequences.

The Centers for Disease Control have recently reported more than 800 cases of lung injuries and illnesses. Along with more than 12 deaths related to the use of vaping and e-cigarettes.

According to WPTV, the Trump administration is looking for ways to remedy this situation and will be planning to ban the sale of a great deal of e-cigarettes.
