South Florida Hooters Girl Crowned Miss Hooters International
Boca Raton, FL – Local Hooters Girl Briana Smith won the 23rd Annual Miss Hooters International Pageant at the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena on Thursday, June 20th. Smith competed for the 2019 Miss Hooters International Title, which includes a $30,000 prize and will serve as the face of the iconic brand. Smith who is 21 years old works at the Sunrise Hooters location.
The pageant contestants were selected from the Hooters Girls who presently work in the restaurants. There are a total of 80 coveted spots in the 23rd Annual Miss Hooters International Pageant. The competition consisted of a swimsuit, costume from the state each girl represents, evening gown and interview portions.
Smith also received the Miss Photogenic award at this year’s pageant. She has been working at Sunrise Hooters for a little over two years. She is going to school to be a mortician and currently models for many boutiques and designers in South Florida. Her dad is a Military Veteran. Smith is also involved in charitable outreach events through South Florida Hooters including children’s hospital visits and breast cancer awareness initiatives.
She will become a brand ambassador and spokesperson, travel to assist in international openings, appear in the national advertisements, and contribute to marketing initiatives, community outreach and special events throughout the year.
