Oleda Talks….. Should Your Thyroid Be On A Watch List? (You won’t know for sure until you check with your doctor!)
I CAN tell you that your Thyroid weighs less than an ounce yet it can Cause Serious Long-Range Health Problems to your entire body – from head to toe – if it’s not functioning properly!
Your thyroid gland uses iodine, found in many foods, and converts it into thyroid hormones, called T4 and T3.
These hormones travel in your bloodstream to reach almost every cell in your body.
They regulate your heart rate and how fast your intestines process food. So if your levels are low, your heart rate may be slower than normal, and you may have constipation/weight gain. If the levels are high, you may have a rapid heart rate and diarrhea/weight loss.
An imbalance of thyroid hormones can affect at least 23 bodily functions, including weight gain and heart problems, muscle strength, hair loss, anxiety, depression, sensitivity to temperatures, trouble sleeping, etc., the list seems endless.
I have become increasingly concerned over the years as many of my friends and clients have expressed having difficulty with either an over-active or under-active thyroid. (You can ask your doctor for a thyroid test –it’s a simple blood test).
The problem is there’s very little iodine in food unless it has been added during processing, as in iodized salt.
Therefore, I had been taking thyroid drops . . . until now. Now, with the development of OLEDA Thyroid Helpers, I find it far more convenient and efficient to just take a couple of these capsules. every day. They provide an important blend of vitamins, minerals, herbs and amino acids that help maintain the proper function of my thyroid gland.
They can provide you, too, with the help you may need for the normal functioning of this extremely important gland. Here’s a link for more information about OLEDA Thyroid Helpers and essential general information about you and your thyroid.
