Waterstone Resort & Marina – A DoubleTree by Hilton in Boca Raton, Fla., is now open after a dramatic re-envisioning from the Boca Bridge Hotel. With sumptuous, custom-made furnishings and fabrics, glittering local artwork and a one-of-a-kind marriage of water and stone {from which the new property derives its name inspiration}, the new Waterstone Resort & Marina blends grand, opulent Floridian style with breezy, sophisticated coastal design to create an artistic water escape.

Unveiling vibrant waterfront dining options, the resort boasts two equally appealing restaurants – Boca Landing and Waterstone Bar & Grill. As a waterside, modern, upscale restaurant with a focus on locally-sourced seafood and ingredients, Boca Landing  presents a clean food style that is fresh and bright conveying “just off the boat” elements. The menu focuses heavily on the raw bar and creative small plates with a section of simply prepared fish and meats accompanied by delicious side options. On the waterfront promenade, boaters enjoy Boca Raton’s only “dock-to-dine” experience. Waterstone Bar & Grille’s all-day menu is based on familiar comfort foods with a Latin tropical touch, and is available either on deck or on land to boaters.

Now through August 21, 2014, Waterstone Resort & Marina will offer Sunshine State (Florida) residents a $25 food and beverage credit during their visit to the new resort. Presenting ID at check-in, Floridians can sip, sample and savor the delectable culinary fare.

Each of the resort’s 139 guest rooms, including 11 suites, offers private balconies with enviable panoramic waterfront views of the Atlantic Ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway, while culture lovers enjoy the artwork. Boasting pieces of art curated exclusively for the resort by Bette Ridegway and Nina Sampaleanu, including a wax and apache piece that draw influences from the coastal surroundings, the resort also features partnerships with regional cultural venues providing event access and packages to satisfy and foster cultural cravings.

Waterstone Resort & Marina presents a new pool area and waterfront promenade that is adjacent to both indoor and outdoor seafront dining and marina with an Aluminum Gangplank, offering boaters dining service to their vessels. With on-site watersports, boating and sailing opportunities along with bicycle rentals, and a 60-second beach trolley, beachgoers experience an exciting variety of aquatic and athletic recreations.

The resort showcases state-of-the-art meeting and event space that is uniquely water-oriented in location and views. Hosting business meetings, weddings, family reunions, Bar Mitzvahs, birthdays, anniversaries and retreats, Waterstone Resort & Marina presents a backdrop that minimizes visual noise with its clean, refined design lines. With intuitive conference service and a strategy to take productivity to the next level, the associates of Waterstone Resort & Marina are trained in accommodating the most intimate of gatherings with a personal approach tailored to each group’s needs. Whether guests are envisioning a lavish dream celebration of 200 guests or the most intimate of affairs, Waterstone Resort & Marina can assist with details like seating plans, coordinating group airport pickup and arranging welcome receptions aboard a Catamaran cruiser.
