On Tuesday night, 15 year-old David Dangler was driving a Ford F-150 pick-up truck
on West Palmetto Park Rd. when he hit the back of 16 year-old, Connor Mumford’s
2009 Honda moped.
According to the Palm Beach County’s log master, Dangler was not under the
influence of any drugs or alcohol. Dangler rear-ended Mumford and his passenger
Bruce Caldwell, 14.
Mumford was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, but obtained serious
injuries and was transported to Delray Medical Center where he is currently under
critical condition.
Currently, the case is under homicide investigation at
the Palm Beach Country Sheriff’s
Office. Dangler may soon face serious charges for his actions.
