BOCA RATON & MELBOURNE, FL – Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with offices in Melbourne, FL has announced the completion of two transactions in Palm Beach County and two in Melbourne, FL.

Adam Starr, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, handled the following lease:

*IMACS of South Florida, Inc., a science and math tutoring institute in operation for 20 years, has leased 3,600 SF of retail space within Sandalfoot Plaza, 23172 Sandalfoot Plaza Drive, Boca Raton, FL. This move represents a relocation and expansion from Coconut Creek.  Mr. Starr represented the tenant. The landlord, Sandalfoot Plaza Boca, LLC, was represented by Dan Casey of Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc.

According to Mr. Starr, IMACS made the move to better serve their students within the North Broward and South Palm Beach communities. “Over the last 20 years, IMACS has helped hundreds of the top students within the area excel in the areas of mathematics, science and technology,” commented Starr. “This move allows them to expand their curriculum, and draw a greater number of students from the best private and public schools within the two counties. Many IMACS students have gone on to the top universities in the country. They are a great institution and have been a pleasure to work with.”

*Roldan, Inc., a ten-year-old dental office, has renewed its lease of 1,088 SF of retail space within West Boca Plaza, 23041 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL. Mr. Starr and Ms. Collins represented the landlord, Sandalfoot Plaza Associates, LLC. The tenant represented itself.

Carla Casey, Regional Manager, Property Management, and Colette Wood, Commercial Leasing and Sales, were responsible for the following lease renewal:

*General Services Administration (CIDC), an office of the federal government, has renewed its lease of 3,117 SF of office space within Imperial Plaza, 6765-6769 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL. Ms. Casey and Ms. Wood represented the landlord, Sterwick Development Corp. The tenant represented itself.

Carla Casey, Regional Manager, Property Management, negotiated the following lease renewal:

*Youchak & Youchak, Inc., an architectural and engineering firm in operation for 27 years, has renewed its lease of 560 SF of office, retail and apartment space within Royal Poinciana, 203-217 Royal Poinciana Way, Palm Beach, FL. Ms. Casey represented the landlord, Vesenaz, Inc. The tenant represented itself.
