Layla’s as sweet as she can be. Take her home

Layla” is a 4-year-old, spayed female, domestic short-hair tortoiseshell cat.  She is as sweet as can be, loves everyone she meets, and is great around other cats.

Her previous owner had to move out of the country and was not able to bring Layla along.  Her adoption fee has been waived this month.  Please ask for ID#1596486.

She is available at Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, 7100 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach. All animals are adopted out to qualified applicants on a first-come-first-served basis.

Adopted dogs and cats come with a health care certificate, which must be used within seven days. It offers a free exam from one of the local participating veterinarians and includes health care if the animal becomes sick with a shelter related illness within the first seven days of the adoption. The certificate is restricted and must be used by the adopter immediately.

Pet adoptions are not handled by phone. Interested parties must visit tortoiseowner or the shelter to view and interact with the adoptable pets before making a final decision about adoption.

For information, call the adoption office at (561) 233-1272 during business hours, M-F 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Those living in the Boca/Delray area may call 276-1344 ext. 41272.
