Strikers To Hold Remote Practices

The Fort Lauderdale Strikers have announced they will be traveling to three remote training sessions, free to the public, around South Florida in August. The team has partnered with youth clubs Boca United, Cooper City Cobras, and West Pines United FC to host each practice where their youth teams play.

“The Fort Lauderdale Strikers remote training tour will be a great way for us to bring our practice intensity to the youth fields,” said Graham Greytak, Strikers account executive. “Clubs will have a chance for their kids to interact with all of the players on the team, and the youth coaches will be able to interact with Strikers coaches after practice is complete.”

Each training session will begin at 5:30p.m. and last approximately one hour, followed by a 30 minute period where players and coaches will sign autographs and answer questions from fans. The dates and locations for the scheduled sessions are as follows:

– Tuesday, August 16 – Loggers Run Park, 11185 Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33428

– Tuesday, August 23 – Cooper City Sports Complex, 10500 Sterling Road, Cooper City, FL 33026

–  Tuesday, August 30 – West Pines Soccer Park, 350 SW 196th Ave., Pembroke Pines, FL 33029
