PB Sheriff’s Office to hold Gang Prevention Summit.

WEST PALM BEACH – Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw will conduct a 2010 Gang Prevention Summit Friday, Oct. 8 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Grade Fellowship Church, 8350 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach. Bradshaw hopes to bring community leaders, law enforcement, clergy, school district, and the States Attorney’s Office together to discuss current gang activity and proposed solutions in Palm Beach County.

Among those expected to be in attendance are Sheriff Bradshaw, Public Defender Carey Haughwout, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Mike Wallase, Dr. Allison adler, chief of the Palm Beach County Safe Schools Department, Vince Holmes from the Division of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, PBSO Captain Jeffrey Lindskoog, County Commissioner Shelly Vana, State Rep. Maria Sachs, clergy and community leaders.
