Carmen’s at the Top of the Bridge Hotel was filled with music, laughter and dancing last Saturday night during Boca Festival Days. The Big Band sounds filled the air while couples danced the night away to help support Shopping for Soldiers Needs.org benefiting injured soldiers and homeless vets.
