The United States came into the 2010 World Cup with great expectations. After the amazing win over Algeria and the USA Team coming in first in the group, much was expected for this team to go to the semi-finals or even the finals. But, with a goal in the overtime, Ghana shocked the United States and came out victorious.
For the First time in the history of soccer in the Unites States, an entire nation stopped in the tracks to watch their beloved boys in blue battle the best of the world.
With the next world cup being only four years from now, one can only speculate what the US National team will be like.
