Veteran county employee Dennis Moore retires

Dennis Moore is retiring after 37 years of employment with Palm Beach County.
He spent the early part of his tenure with the county as director of the Division of Animal Care and Control, and held that position for 20 years before becoming director of the Consumer Affairs Division in 1998.
For the past seven hurricane seasons, Dennis also served at the county’s Emergency Operations Center managing the Emergency Information Call Center.
He has been very active in both his community and church in Lake Worth and looks forward to spending more time with his wife Wendy, three children and three grandchildren.
