Law offices of Brodie & Friedman celebrate growth while showcasing four nonprofit missions
BOCA RATON – Brodie & Friedman, P.A. which concentrates on family law, hosted a reception for more than 100 Palm Beach County business leaders and colleagues at Woodfield Country Club to celebrate firm news and growth while showcasing the good work and missions of four nonprofit organizations they have chosen to champion this year that significantly support “families in need”.

Attorneys Jason A. Brodie and Joshua K. Friedman are committed to helping improve the lives of families in South Florida not only through their work, but through the causes they believe in. By matching their firm’s area of focus with the missions of Women In Distress (www.womenindistress.org), March of Dimes (www.marchofdimes.com/florida), Junior League of Boca Raton (www.jlbr.org), and Stand Among Friends (www.standamongfriends.org), they are able to connect with the issues affecting their community and lend a helping hand.
During the reception, Friedman recognized his partner Jason A. Brodie for his recent recognition by Super Lawyer’s magazine, naming Brodie as a “Rising Star” in his concentration of family law voted by his peers, noting that “giving back” is a vital part of what makes for a good, impassioned “family” lawyer.
Jason then spoke about his partner Joshua being named the Best Lawyer in the Boca Forum’s Best of Boca, in 2007 and 2009. He also shared with attendees the important strides and critical needs of each of the four organizations and encouraged them to stop by the organization showcases and learn more about their visions, donate time and/or money, and share the organizations missions with friends, family and colleagues.
Jason and Joshua are sponsors and serve on the committee for the September 24, 2010 March of Dimes Signature Chefs & Wine Extravaganza, they support the 100 Men Initiative for Women In Distress, sponsors and committee members for the 2010 Allianz Golf & Wine Experience and are sponsors of the annual Stand Among Friends concert fundraiser and golf tournament.
