Is Vaping a Good Way to Stop Smoking Cigarettes?

E-Cigs, which are also known as vapes, are becoming more and more popular every day. They’re easy to carry, chargeable, just a one-time buy, and they come in different strengths and flavors. 

E-Cigs have long been debated since their creation. A lot of fake vapes have caused a lot of serious harm. But the real vapes are actually not half bad. In fact they’re a great way to get you started on quitting smoking.

Having one that is too strong can cause sinus infections, and uncontrollable coughing while having one that is too weak can cause users to smoke more. Nobody wants either of those things. 

E-Cigs can be purchased online or at the vape store and tend to be cheaper in the long run than buying a pack a day. They also give smokers the nicotine fix they need. 

Will it help smokers kick the habit?

The short answer is that it depends on the smoker. For some smokers, it’s harder to quit with an E-Cig, and for others, the vape is what made it happen. Some say the vapes are healthier, while others say there isn’t enough research done on vaping and its long-term results. 

All we know is that it is indeed cheaper, it is easier to put down the vape than it is to put down a pack of cigarettes, and that it’s a good transition between being a daily smoker and quitting altogether.
