Could South Florida See Cooler Weather Soon?

Fall is the time of year where temperatures begin to drop as we transition into the winter.

However, we have recently been experiencing some of the warmest temperatures to ever occur in the later fall months.

As of recently, many local weather and news outlets have been discussing the possibility of a cold front to finally give Floridians a break from all the heat and humidity.

According to Sun Sentinel, the cold front is said to approach South Florida around late Friday evening.

As the front approaches we may experience some heavy rain and winds early into the weekend. The winds are predicted to range from 15 to 20 mph and even up to 26 mph gusts, according to the National Weather Service.

The front is said to bring highs in the low 80s and predicted lows of 69 degrees later in the week when the second cold front pushes through.

Humidity will also be dropping to 70% making the atmosphere a lot more pleasant.
