New Multimillion-Dollar Condos to be Built on Land Sold by Boca Beach Club

Anyone who thinks about living in South Florida imagines a waterfront property but as of recently it has become more and more difficult to find these open waterfront properties.

However, it looks like there will be a new luxury development appearing on the Intracoastal in Boca Raton.

The new development will be built on formally owned Boca Raton Resort and Club land.

The 3.2 acre site on the Intracoastal at 725 S. Ocean Boulevard was formally owned by the beach resorts, Blackstone Group. They had sold the land for $17 million back in July of 2017 and now the new owners are attempting to make something out of it.

Local developer, Inigo Ardid states that “Boca Beach House” will be a 32-unit condo complex with homes starting at $2.5 million. They will range from two to five bedrooms at 3,402 to 7,508 square feet.

The condo will be 4 stories with underground parking. Amenities include a 14-slip marina, private elevator access, private swimming pools and a gym.

According to Sun Sentinel, Boca Beach House owners will have a waived $35,000 membership fee but will still be required to pay annual dues to use the Boca Beach Club at $8,455 for a family and $7,553 for a single person.

The project is estimated to be complete by 2022.
