Boca Raton Pet Store Under Investigation for Neglect

A local Boca Raton pet store that promotes being the “number 1 puppy boutique in the Palm Beaches” is under investigation by Palm Beach Animal Control.

The pet store Poochie Couture on 883 East Palmetto Park Road is under investigation as a nearby worker reports they have not seen anyone taking care of the puppies.

The pet store has been closed for several days and it has been reported that there is no sign of anyone taking care of the puppies inside the store.

Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control took over the investigation after the Police received several calls of concern regarding the safety of the animals in Poochie Couture.

According to WPTV, Animal Care and Control is currently looking into the shop to determine whether or not criminal activity is taking place.
