Unicorn Children’s Foundation Announces 2019 Community Inclusion Awards

Boca Raton, FL – Do you know an unsung hero? Someone who goes above and beyond? Then, now is the time to nominate those people who are building a better and more inclusive community for individuals with special needs and their families. They will be recognized at the Unicorn Children’s Foundation Community Inclusion Awards on Wednesday, November 22, 2019 at Boca West Country Club. Nominations are now being accepted for the following categories:

+ Champion of Inclusion Award

+ Direct Service Professional of the Year

+ Disability Employer of the Year

+ Employee of the Year

​+ Healthcare Provider of the Year

+ Innovation & Collaboration of the Year

+ Legal Service Provider of the Year

+ Legislative Official of the Year

+ Media Influencer of the Year

+ Respite Care Companion of the Year

+ Self-Advocate of the Year

+ Supportive Housing Provider of the Year

+ Teacher/Educator of the Year

+ Post Secondary Program of the Year

+ Volunteer of the Year

All nominees must regularly advocate, deliver services and support to the special needs community. You can self-nominate or be nominated by others, and you may be nominated in more than one category.
