Tennis Player Coco Gauff Gets US Open Wild-Card Entry
Coco Gauff, 15 year old of Delray Beach, recently received a wild-card entry for the U.S. Open’s main draw.
This will therefore be Coco’s second Grand Slam Tournament.
After receiving a wild card into the qualifying rounds at Wimbledon last month, Gauff was able to succeed into the games fourth round.
According to WPTV, Coco Gauff was established as the youngest player qualifying for Wimbledon. She upset champion Venus Williams within the first round but eventually ended up losing to title winner Simona Halep.
August 26 will be this year’s last major tennis tournament.
