Boca Veterinary Clinic to Sponsor Exhibit at Boca Raton Children’s Museum

Boca Raton, FL – The Boca Raton Children’s Museum is pleased to announce their recent partnership with the Boca Veterinary Clinic. The Clinic will have the exclusive naming rights to the veterinary exhibit at the Museum for one year. The veterinary exhibit helps children develop multiple skills including the power of empathy, by creating a realistic role-playing experience while caring for their beloved stuffed animals. Our little learners will have the opportunity to diagnose and treat their “pretend pet patients” in their own little clinic! Research shows that the power of play is a great way to develop oral language skills, cooperation, and social skills. As the children play and imagine, they will be developing skills that also support academic learning.

The Clinic will also host a free clinic at the Museum to educate the greater Boca Raton community’s children and families about the importance of pet care.

Over the past 30 years, she has developed a wealth of experience in managing complex medical and surgical cases. She believes that a pet is an integral part of a family, and enjoys establishing warm, friendly relationships with her patient’s human families.
