Communication is a bridge which helps as to find an approach to various people. Each of us is a separate world. To reach mutual understanding and creating healthy relationships, we need to communicate. But usually, communication is confused with speaking. It’s extremely relevant to hear and to be heard. By this, we can discover other people personalities and perceive them as they are. Unfortunately, lots of individuals strive to find an approach to other people, since communicating with the new people becomes a real torture for them. Be attentive and listen

 

We like to be heard.   • When the interlocutor tries to escape the eye contact, it means that he isn’t interested in the conversation or wants to avoid the topic;
  • Folded arms is a sign of defense. That posture usually shows, that the person is quite reserved and isn’t in the mood of discussing some issues;
  • When the person starts to speak louder or more aggressively, then maybe he’s too absorbed with the interesting talk or disagrees with your opinion and wants to prove his position.

 

 

Be concentrated and focused

 

When people are sharing their deepest thoughts with you, they expect to get a response. That’s why you have to be concentrated and take part in the conversation. Ask some related question and encourage the person to tell more. Certainly, undivided attention is important but if you keep silence all the time, then it may seem that you aren’t really interested.
