Boca Raton Resident Wins Two Prestigious Awards For Health & Wellness Tv Series

“International Film Festival presents Happy Healthy Stronger 2018 Makeover TV Series with TWO prestigious awards.”

Boca Raton, FL – The Happy Healthy Stronger Series (HHS), created by local Boca Raton resident, Linzi Martinez – Executive Producer & Host, has won TWO (2) prestigious awards at this year’s 2019 Miami Web Fest: The New Media Star awards for: BEST DOCUMENTARY AND BEST HOST. Winners were selected by a prestigious panel of judges including Grant Housley of Paramount Studios, Rainer Lorenzo of Viacom, Maria Eugenia Contreras of HBO, Doug Schwab of Maverick Entertainment, and Chevonne O’Shaughnessy of American Cinema International. HHS was also an official selection and received an award at the International Film Festival of Manhattan on October 19, 2018.

“I am so very honored and grateful”, says Linzi Martinez. “My passion, purpose and mission in life led me to TV to impact as many people as possible to live a happy healthy stronger life, and to help them feel ridiculously alive – the way everyone deserves to feel. This amazing recognition allows me to reach more people than perhaps I originally set out to do – to me, this is beautiful”.

The International Film Festival for Web Series is the “window into the future” of new media, allowing the public to see independently produced shows before they’re discovered by big television networks where they recognize talents on based TV series. The Miami Web Festival is a four-day festival showcasing the hottest new web series content from around the world.

HHS Makeover was a hyper-local initiative to help three (3) deserving contestants, from our community, with a healthy lifestyle transformation over a five-week period.

Each contestant received a makeover package totaling over $20,000 in products and services from our outstanding sponsors in fitness, weight-loss, anti-aging, meals, athletic wear and more from our community leaders in the health care field. The program was a complete success with the weight loss totaling over 65 lbs and the contestant healing many issues that plagued them. “HHS 2018 Makeover Series would not have happened without the generous support and contributions of 26 local vendors, small businesses and our beautiful communities” commented Linzi Martinez.

The Happy Healthy Stronger 2018 Makeover TV Series debuted on August 7th, 2018 both nationally and globally on WBTVN. The series was an official selection and then awarding production at The International Film Festival of Manhattan this past October 20, 2018.

The network is available to a direct OTT audience of an estimated 30 million women and growing, and streams on ROKU, Chromecast, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, NBC, CBS, FOX, Direct TV and other Internet TV networks and cable.
