The Ultimate Beatles Tribute – Beatles on the Beach Coming to Delray Beach

The International Tribute to the Beatles on the Beach April 25-28

Boca Raton, FL – Daniel Hartwell, a local event producer and life-long Beatles Fan, has attended Beatles weeks and tribute events all over the world but felt something was missing. One day while swimming at the beach just off Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach the missing component hit him – a beach destination! And the dream became a reality – The International Tribute to the Beatles on the Beach set for April 25-28 in Delray Beach.

Over 50 Beatle Tribute Bands and other Beatlesk bands from across the globe will “Come Together” at 20 different venues throughout Delray Beach for four magical days Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 28. “My dream was to bring the thousands of Beatles fans from across the world to one of the best beach destinations in America – my home of Delray Beach,” said Hartwell. “The weekend will consist of events with a Beatles theme throughout the entire city so all businesses would be impacted from coffee shops, to retail locations to nightclubs and restaurants – really making this a true Beatles Destination Event!”

Headlining the inaugural event on April 26 is Edgar Winter, a seventies rock Phenom with hits “Frankenstein” and “Free Ride” and long-time member of Ringo Star’s All-Star Band. Saturday night headliners are McCartney Mania,accompanied by Academy Orchestra, conducted by Thomas Servinsky. Both headliners will perform on the main stage at the Old School Square Pavilion.

The weekend kicks-off on Thursday April 25 from 6 – 9 PM with the Pineapple Grove Music and Arts Fest “Pineapple Grove Forever” in the heart of Pineapple Grove Arts District – NE 2nd Ave. This FREE event will celebrate the best of the Grove, the best of The Beatles and the 50thAnniversary of ABBEY ROAD! Come dressed as your favorite Beatle and win prizes!

  • The World Premiere Film Mersey Boys: A Letter from Al Moran. This short film, produced in Ireland, about a fictional encounter between an American professor and the young Beatles in a Liverpool pub
