Boca Raton, FL – Valbridge Property Advisors | Miami – Fort Lauderdale has moved to their new location and is proud to announce José R. Cestero, MAI, MBA as Senior Managing Director. The office is at 301 Almeria, Ste. 350, Coral Gables, Florida.

José has been in the appraisal industry for over 10 years. He has served as the Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority, Economic Aide to the Mayor of San Juan, and Commercial Banker. Since 2000, José has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Consumer Credit Counsel of Puerto Rico and has served on the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Public Housing Authority and the Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority. José served on the Board of Directors and as Education Chair of the Puerto Rican Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

José received his MBA from Indiana University and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He speaks fluent Spanish.
